Continental sells both (you have to buy RDMs to have the option to buy EQMs), and you don't have to fly.

At the cheapest, the EQMs (plus the underlying RDMs you must buy) go for about 7.5 cpm. Currently, the price has not yet completely reset to this level after the end-of-year peak.

So a good MR is a better deal. OTOH, you have to fly, and pay any incidental expenses.
