Can I use my Avios to UG someone's already booked flight?
Situation:
My Brother-in-law has a paid for flight booked LHR-JNB-LHR (on BA) in WT+.
Availability aside, is there a mechanism for me to use my Avios to UG him to CW? (I have his booking reference and flight info)
