Just checked out of the Hyatt... decidedly unimpressed. Was in the Diamond Head tower on the 29th floor facing DH. At least 3x I waited 5+ minutes for an elevator... a few times in a 20+ person line.

The room was DATED and the AC actually blew right onto the bed... it was abysmal. I asked for a different room and was denied as they were at capacity.

The club lounge is nice at the Hyatt, 3rd floor nice close look at the tourists and beach if you angle right. The Sheraton lounge is much nicer view wise and has an iffier option beach wise though the pool overlooking the beach is nice. You are going to have to take a walk for both...

Parking is $35 / day for valet at the Hyatt versus included at the Sheraton... however there is the resort fee at the Sheraton but I cannot remember what they provide platinums in lieu. The Hyatt did not charge me a resort fee.
