SWU booking codes
I'm waitlisted with a SWU for a trip in late January. Part of the trip involves LAX-JFK, which I know doesn't upgrade until the gate. I've read on FT about phone agents who don't properly code the SWU in the reservation, and thus passengers don't receive the right priority for the upgrade. I want to make sure that my SWU is registered correctly. What do I specifically need to ask the phone agent to make sure everything is good? On another thread, someone mentioned a booking code. Is there some sort of specific verbiage the agent needs to hear (similar to "original routing credit")?
