Just wanted to update this. I've stayed here 7 or 8 nights in the past year now. As a platinum I've been automatically to a suite every time. 3 times in a row I was upgraded to the same room that I had told them once before that I liked - a suite with two beds. Alex at the front desk is great. Really good service.
Just another update - I've stayed a couple of more times, the latest time last night. Really wonderful front desk staff - Extremely friendly and helpful. Last night the RC was closed so they apologized and told us to order whatever we wanted in the restaurant for breakfast (5 people). Again - not a fancy place but very comfortable and great to platinums.
