Have you checked your Lifetime Miles since the new year? I've had 205,000 lifetime miles since the last time I flew. I just logged in to my account, and it says I have 349,000 lifetime miles!! Was this a mistake, and will they alter it back? I took a screen shot of it incase they do, to dispute it. Have your lifetime miles changed???
