TY says I need to go to a sales office for a refund?
This sounds crazy. I bought a ticket on the TY website. It is refundbale with a fee. I called to refund it and they said NO. It can only be refunded if I go to a sales office as I bought it through the internet!!!!! I told them there is no sales office near me and they said thats thats the only way to do it....
