Do you have Global Entry?
Have you downloaded the iphone app to check status of bags? If you should somehow make ATL-LGA, last thing you want is to wait around LGA for bags that may not arrive tonight.

Sorry, but these are really not viable options.
As previously stated, DL and B6 do not interline so short of buying a ticket on B6, you are stuck with DL
AA is sold out on both UVFMIA and MIA-NYC
DL will not let you de-plane in SJU - will cause all sorts of issues with paperwork and delay the plane for everyone going on to ATL. And, there are no seats on any flights expect JetBlue so this isnt a real option anyway.
The 9PM arrival assumes only 30 minutes in SJU - highly optimistic in my experience for a fuel and go stop.
And, even if you arrive at 9PM, sad to say but your chances of clearing, getting luggage, going back through security and getting to the new gate in 40 minutes are ZERO. Sorry, but not gonna happen in ATL.
There is a BA flight at 15:40 to POS and then BW nonstop to JFK. Only 3 seats in J and 1 in coach on the BW flight - call DL and see if they will do it! and a 777 on BA is always nice.
Otherwise, prepare for an overnight in ATL.
