Difference is they can only be booked through QF website, not through TA's or other airlines.

Are your sure anbout only being able to book it through the site? I Recently booked an itinery through a TA on EK to Europe and Qantas is the interline to MEL and the extra fare cost from ADL instead of just from MEL added up to pretty much what it would have cost as a Red-e-Deal fare.
