These llloyds cards are a partnership with the Avios UK (avios.com, formerly Airmiles UK) account scheme.
They have nothing at all to do with the BA Executive Club scheme.
Remember, Avios points are just a common currency. All three schemes currently using them (BAEC, IB Plus and what was Airmiles UK) are and will remain separate schemes. Sadly, what was Airmiles UK scheme has also been called just Avios (rather than something else entirely or Avios Direct Collector Club or something like that).
There is no way they can flow into your BA EC account directly.
They will have to go to an Avios.com (prev Airmiles UK) account. You can then make transfers to your BAEC account if you want to unite you balance into a sinlge pot.
As for how you solve this, are you certain the cards have been setup? If so, there is no guarantee they will have created you an Avios (prev Airmiles UK) scheme account yet, but they may have done. You could contact Avios and see if they have an account for you yet.
I rang up last week and was told if you have an Avios account, they will find it, if you don't they will set one up for you. Whether or not they will actually tell of the details if they do set one up is another story!
