As the operating airline determines your earnings, and since you're on a TPAC flight on NH, it looks like the upper part of the chart should apply. And my impression is that with the JV the fare classes on the UA codeshare would map to the same fare class on NH. (At least this is how it's been working with CO codeshares operated by NH)
You should also get 100% of the miles on the TPAC flight with NH. The earning chart for NH says transpacific flights K class earns 100% RDM and 100% EQM. I'm not sure, however, whether United K directly translates to ANA's booking code K.
