My experience is the same as G-AVSC's - just add your company's OB number using MMB and it works fine. However I have found that if you MFU using EC then the OB points often do not post and the flight flags as ineligable. In this case using the online claim simply results in the 'compooter' saying the flight is still ineligable. I find it is best to simply email the OB team to sort it out.
