Sorry if this has been asked before. And it is quite lengthy. I posted in BAEC section, but they suggested posting here as well.

I didn't get in on the bargain deals in BAEC prior to the changeover to Avios on Nov 15 because I cannot plan my vacation that far ahead. I'm still looking at booking in 5 months but planning it now.

I am having trouble with routing. Here are some proposed ideas below. Help appreciated with suggestions next to the routing:

Wife and I have 230k-ish (I think) miles to burn on this trip and it will be our last with Avios. If I could have booked this thing before Nov 15th trust me I would have.

I am currently looking at doing this:

MIA-GYE
GYE-GPS-GYE (does NOT show up in BAEC online booking)
GYE-EZE (does direct routing exist?)
EZE-SCL
SCL-IPC (again, it routes through LIM!? There is a direct flight correct?)
(possibly IPC-PPT-IPC but CANNOT find availability for this AT ALL)
IPC-LIM (again, cannot find on BAEC)
(possibly LIM-CUZ-LIM again based on timing)
LIM-MIA

Instead, i'm being forced to do:

MIA-GYE
GYE-GPS-GYE
GYE-LIM (Any ideas on making this a smoother journey that it is already?)
(LIM-CUZ-LIM)
LIM-IPC
IPC-SCL
SCL-EZE
EZE-LIM (Anywhere to go but back to LIM to get to MIA??)
LIM-MIA

After looking at this, I am warming to the second itinerary.

Any suggestions of how to get back to MIA instead of going EZE-LIM-MIA? Where could I route the EZE-MIA flight and not backtrack?

If I could figure that out I'd be happiest, definitely, but having a hard time finding a way back with EZE that doesn't hit up where I've been already.

Also any info on the IPC and PPT flights would be wonderful.
