Best use of 100k miles for 2 person trip

I'm brand new to the points game. Already doing a few good things to earn MR points here and there, but the guides I seem to have found online are either outdated or not applicable. And everyone here was very helpful in using my 100k BA Miles from the Chase bonus (2 tickets to BKK with HKG stopover), so here I come again groveling for advice.

Basically, I'm hoping to use about 100k MR points (though I don't mind advancing a few more) for a trip to Europe this fall for 2 people. I'm thinking that via airline transfer, I may be able to, but I'm having a hard time finding anything. Any suggestions? Bonus points for suggestions on US as the supervisor here will upgrade me to first class gratis (I scratched his back in the course of my business). Also have 30k miles in my Delta account currently which I don't mind spending.

Ideal trip would be 2 cities in Europe for 3-4 days each--thinking AMS and CPH but we'd also be open to visiting other cities not named Paris, Rome, Venice, Prague, London. MAD & BUD are two cities that I've had on my list for a while as well.

Hawaii would also work, but from what I've read, that can often cost more points than Europe. We're based out of DC and can use any of the area's 3 airports.

Also, any advice as to waiting on transfer deals would be appreciated. I haven't followed them ever, so I don't know what I might be able to expect as the year progresses.

Appreciate any advice. Thanks!
