You've left off guest access (ie pax + 1 guest)
You've left off the fact that a connecting pax on an inbound flight from BA in First Class is granted access.
I also think that if you're on the last inbound flight of the day and your earliest possible connection is the next day that you're allowed access (assuming the previous day you were in First).
Not so simple then ?
