TopCashBack have links for both, and upon a brief cursory inspection there is actually no difference between them.

As a result, I would expect the Quidco link to also work for both.

Eitherway though, the landing page from the link should be the avios.com site, before you then go from there appplying for the card. As such, so long as you applied for the Premier Duo from the Avios site, the fact you followed a quidco link to get there which might have been for the standard, is irrelevant to the relationship you establish with lloyds/avios.
- In the same way as following a quidco link to BA.com does not in anyway invalidate your flight booking with BA even if you ulimatly book a flight that is not CE (which is required for cashback), etc.
