I was traveling San Jose to Grand Cayman via LAX and both my SJC to LAX and DFW to Miami flights were CANCELLED due to Mechanical problems resulting in a Miami hotel stayover paid for by AA with NO LUGGAGE...who @ AA should I contact regarding POOR service....Thanks
