So as of yesterday I had 23 stays posted to my account on the website, with one more from the 29th Dec to post. I've been doing mattress runs for the past two weeks to get the 25 stays to retain Plat, including a stay last night.

Obviously today the website says 0 stays and 0 nights for 2012. So I call CS to confirm everything looks good and, after them having to manually add up the stays they tell me I now only have 19 stays!. The Rep tells me the "website calculator is wrong and they have been trying to fix it"!!!

What the heck is this all about? Is it wrong? If so, how the **** am I supposed to know what I needed to do to retain Plat?

Anyone else heard of this?
