You will (or should have) the AC record locater # on your Avion confirmation email. You cannot choose seats on-line at ac.com for any ticket issued by an agent nor can you really use any of the on-line manage features other than displaying/printing your itinerary/receipt.

The on-line Avion booking engine is a Travelocity portal.
