If this was an NH vs UA discussion, it'd be a different story altogether, but they'd both be direct! Incidentally, NH will be flying SEA->NRT in 2012! I bet UA puts the new config on that route a lot more after that begins...
I believe NH will use the 787 for the NRT-SEA route.
