Very harsh, except for the 30km/h and red light camera. In this day and age, very unlikely that most drivers would qualify!
Hey, I got my license when I was 17, I am now 45, only one entry on my traffic record, U-turn at traffic lights (illegal in NSW, legal elsewhere) so it IS possible.
