I think someone said that they've been missing their Avios (forgive me for not going back through the thread but it's New Year's Eve and I'm short of time! )?

My gf has just had her statement through and it gives around 1 Avios per £; somewhat short of 12.5. I guess we'll be another to call up Lloyds TSB in the New Year. It's slightly irritating because the cards are in her name but I'm the one who organises the Avios collection systems, so there'll be that thing where we have to convince them to listen to me. Still, that's hardly the bank's fault.

I shall report back in 2012....
