OK, this is not so much of a news to get excited about, but I just noticed that Skywards is keeping 5% discount on redemption rewards booked online through EK website till end of 2012. I expected this offer to disappear for good. Thanks to Skywards for not axing it.

Long gone are the days of 10% discount.. and those good two years (2006, 2007) when there was 50% discount for three months (AUG, SEP, OCT).

Sigh..
