If you had read the post just above yours you would have seen this:

The Spa lounge is an international departure lounge and you are departing domestically.
So no massage.

As for the process: Check your bags through to HKT. When you arrive in BKK go to the confluence of A,B,C concourses and get stamped into the country. Collect your bags and go through customs in HKT.
