AwardGuru pulled together a chart that's very close to the one on the Iberia site. I bookmarked it from another thread around mid-November.

Looks like SEA-SFO/LAX would be 7,500, SEA-LIH would be 12,500. PDX-SFO is a steal at 4,500 each way.
