A “night” is considered one-night at any of our hotels. A “stay” can consist of any number of consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of frequency of check in/out.
So if you stay three days in a row, I figure that is three nights and one stay.
Based on that wording and on their use of "consecutive", I would venture that next time you stay with that hotel you would get 10k points. Granted, that seems completely ludicrous! I think you may be right that there is a typo and I would give them a call. Better to get it straightened out before you stay then after the stay. At least you have some leverage in canceling your stay.
