I can understand that some fees might be different per partner, like the fuel surcharges. And the taxes will of course be different depending on the destination.

Those are the sorts of fees that I would expect to be static, and that could be published. I guess I didn't think that it was reasonable to assume that the fees published on the partner airline's website would be the same ones that would apply for partner award travel.
