Bah Humbug! Just got another letter posted from Lloyds. My document got to them 1 day outside the 3 month recent request period (even though it had been verified in branch 2 days before the expiry) and they are requesting another document.

Luckily since I sent that one in I've got one in - most of my stuff is online and they won't accept that. I called to enquire about it and they said the application process stays open for 2 months which gives people time to request paper documents from banks and utililty companies.

I however have missed out on getting my season ticket on it.
