Checking all the info resources I have to hand, I can confirm there are no publicly accessible showers in either SYD T2 or T3.

Another, and likely better resource for finding someone to guest you into one of the SYD lounges would be found in the meetings and social events sub-forum over at Australian Frequent Flyer if you have no luck finding a connection via FT.
