Crowne Plaza NRT cancel grace period?
I booked the CP ANA NRT last night and this morning I realised that it'll be impossible for me to make it from HND to NRT that night. Is there any chance of them gracing the cancellation? It was an advance pre-purchase rate. Thanks very much for your help!
