Personally I would not be holding your breath when it comes to getting anything from Red Roo. QF has not mastered social media and if you look at this forum vs other airlines, one can see why QF is becoming more a follower rather than a leader in this area. Comparing the BA forum to QF is like night and day (in respect to social media interaction).
