FT Fans of RED GREEN. "Duct Tape Forever" opens at cinemas across Canada today
For once, it is we Canadians who get something first. The long awaited RED GREEN flick opens at hundreds of screens -- well, dozens -- across the Great White North this afternoon. "Duct Tape Forever" opens at noon at a multiplex up the street from the CBC Studios where the TV series is taped. Many FTers make an annual pilgramage to Toronto, and to John and Wellington streets to watch a taping of this distinguished offering of public television.
For my friends south of the border, I shall post a personal review of the film later today if I am successful in getting into the noon screening. I will also post links to any newspaper reviews that might appear this weekend.
Since it will be in the low 60s, it will be hard for me to follow RED's advice, and keep my stick on the ice...
