There's certainly a divider on Dom (ZA), and on many other short haul flights that fairly arbitrarily are or aren't domestic (compare SYD-PER and SYD-WLG for example).
So on balance, while I can see the points going the other way, I think I'll stick to a table that has an entry for each cabin where one exists (other than the Y cabin, which necessarily has two entries).
