How they get voted best airline is beyond me.
Easy - because people look mostly only at the onboard product, this is where they shine... of course also the premium terminal in Doha is a nice concept, but outside of Doha it is really difficult.. think of Germany their only airport office is in Berlin none in Frankfurt - so how do you get an ticket reissued if you fly from Frankfurt.... i still think your best bet is to call Doha directly...
