My complaints have been about reasonably general stuff (eg not holding a connecting longhaul flight although it was the last flight for the day and has been held for tourists groups many many times, or charging an outrageous 4.x% optional credit card charge). I bet they had text blocks for that, but they answered very personally -- and with respect to not holding the plane, even the LH airport manager called me a few days later to apologize.
I have never experienced such responsiveness with any other airline!
