I guess all those politicians, lobbyists, and other folks with biz in DC keep the rental fleet busy during the week, but on the weekends, all those cars sit idle, so there are great deals to be had for sure.

Actually during most of the year tourists keep DCA prices sky high even on weekends. Usually I go to BWI to get cheaper rates. But lately DCA's only been a couple dollars more.
