A friend traveling with me to LGA last year had her bags sent to Baltimore. Not sure how this happened when her ticket was to LGA. She did not check the receipt for the bag or it would have been caught. Now we always check the destination on the tag. How could this happen? It had her name on it, but her reservation was to LGA. Does the agent have to override the system to change the destination?
