So, 39% are not extremely likely to recommend. Even though that's up one percentage point from last year, it's still not exactly brilliant, is it? You could say that 39% are faintly apathetic about recommending, in various degrees. I tend to vote in the 39%, due to disappointing in-flight experiences in CW with WW CC.
You are obviously entitled to conclude what you wish to but it would be normal to see the other percentages of people likely to recommend to be outnumber the number you have seen. So the total that are positive will probably be in the mid to high 90's possibly. By any reasonable measure it appears to be a number that BA employees should be proud.
In any event it's a number that wasn't intended for us - it's great to hear a touch more detail - but I suggest we let it drop so as not to cause LG problems.
