Avion itin: How do I "Manage my booking" on AC.com?
I have an Avion itinerary on AC and (naturally) AC.com can't see it.

I have an e-mail from Avion (or RBC Rewards) giving their 12-digit Trip-ID number. How do I go about getting the AC booking reference number - so I can at least do an on-line seat selection... ?
