Just a quick question for
UA Insider -does the system recognize elites on reservations that are out of sync in calculating F cabin availability for selling seats? Or do these reservations go into some sort of black hole?
I've probably had a dozen or so reservations go out of
sync year to date and my upgrade percentage is south of 20%. I'm sure there's a correlation between those two numbers.
I'm curious as to the depth of the interoperability issues between legacy CO and UA's systems are impacting elites trying to upgrade on mixed-metal itineraries.
Also, for the record, I've have found this to be one of the more amusing threads. :-:
