i dont now how a kiosk could issue a wrong bag tag when she was inputing her confirmation number or using a credit/debit card to find her reservation to start the checkin process, i bet the agent issued the tag from behind the counter and issued a tag under the other persons name, does the name on the claim check have any similarities to your fiances name? if there are then it was an agent error or there had to be another passenger checking in in close proximity to her that was going to sba. either way when you are talking to michelle in india tell her that you need to speak to a us based supervisor
