did your fiance check in at the kiosk or with an agent? i bet the agent messed up and issued the the passenger going to sba a tag vs her, either case i would call back and escalate it up to a us based person if ual has anyone left in the baggage dept here, if not head out to sea and have ual to get the ball rolling and have it sent to sea, either way ual messed up, i have had it happen to me once and only once when i bypassed elite checkin and went to a no wait kiosk, mistake...the contract worker was manning 6 kiosks
