Hi All,
I'm a 1MM and GM for the net year. Unfortunately my next job has me in a UA hub (IAH) for the next 7-8 months. My choices are
1. Use delta via atl (chances of upgrade v small)
2. Use UA on a direct flight.

Both hops to Houston will use RJ's (CRJ7/9(DL) vs E-145(UA))
Might have a international flight overseas (MID East & SIN,pd J).

I might get Plat/diamond if everything goes extremely well on DL or
get Premier Plat on UA.

My main concern is that in ATL, delays are common, missed connections will happen and upgrades will be non existent .

All it would take is a more than 3 missed connections or an overnight in a 3 month period for me to change to UA(direct flight).

Should I stay with Delta or Start my trip to UA MM (Their 1MM equals delta's 2 MM).
