It will let me select a seat on the UD, I can change from my present seat to 64B.
I think the answer is the infant one. The seats seem available until I select one of us to move, then the system knows that neither of us are booked carrying a baby so it greys the seat out. If we have "carrying infant" on our booking the seat would remain open to select.
Edit: Phoned BAEC and they are cot seats, I can only ask for them when we get to the airport, not even at T-24
