But if I go to the BA website to book it, it shows no reward availability on that flight on the 14th May.

Then I simplified the search on the KVS Tool and just looked for the TPA->LGW sector. This is a screenshot of the result which shows no availability in Club World.

So, should I be able to search using KVS from TPA->LGW->MAN or must I keep to single sectors for this to work properly? Or is there another explanation?

Thanks.
According to the Users Guide (http://www.kvstool.com/FAQ.php?Source=HOME#Methods):

For Amadeus: Awards/OneWorld
Note: When searching for premium cabin awards (Premium Economy/Business/First), always check availability segment-by-segment, when using this Method. Otherwise, premium cabin availability may be indicated, when it only exists on some, but not all sub-segments. Alternatively, use the [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Method, which shows Award/Upgrade Availability on a per-segment basis.
So, I'd say either search segment by segment or use BA-OneWorld.
