Upgrade Redemptions
Wondering how does it normally work for QR.
I tried to redeem Y - J Upg for SIN - DOH, and was rejected as there was no award availability.
Checked EF, and for revenue its all 7s. Awards don't seem to be listed on EF for QR.
Anyhow, I replied asking if there will be more coming up towards the departure date (3 weeks away). And still waiting a reply after 2 days.
Can anyone shed some light on how this system generally works with QR?
