Yes, there is a few months delay in the start of the 2012 program (this was announced about 6 months ago). In the meantime you would have the equivalent benefits on both UA & CO based on your present status. In your case Plat on CO and PremExec/1P on UA. So not sure if this is a huge loss of benefits (with the possible exception of the lounge issue).
