In order to pursue a 261/2004 compensation claim for a trip last week that was messed up by cancellations and delays, I need a copy of the ticketed itinerary.

I don't have one because, at the airport on the day of travel when it was clear that cancellations were going to make our original routing impossible, the whole trip was reticketed. In the process it changed from being a BD ticket on LH flights via FRA into a LH (220) ticket for travel on LX flights via ZRH. Everything was done in a rush: we got boarding passes for the new itinerary straight away.

I have the eticket numbers and both the old and new PNRs. I haven't been able to retrieve anything from the Amadeus, LX or LH websites. Can anyone suggest a method that would work? Thanks.
