Same PNRs, different accounts is an interesting and useful trick. Does it work for paid tickets too? (Same PNR, but each ticket has its own CC or other FOP...)
Yes but in both cases (paid & award), the payment for each passagner has to come from a single source. Can not partially fund the ticket from multiple sources. And this requires a live agent (and therefore potential fee) -- can not do either online.
