Sorry, it was a daft question. Premium economy is just a set of separate fare codes in economy. On BA they are W, E and T which appear in the economy fare searches.
It was not a daft question at all -- Premium Economy is a separate Cabin Class, but, for legacy reasons, most systems do not have dedicated support for it, so Premium Economy Fares get included with Economy listings.
